Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from runrkids within 24 hours from the date of delivery, provided that the product is defective, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact and is not from the brands listed below.

To initiate a return or replacement due to a defect in the product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video clearly displaying the defect.

Final Decision

The final decision regarding returns and replacements will rest with the management.

How Does Return Work?

Pick Up

We offer pick-up services, but the courier charges are to be borne by the customers. Please contact customer care to request a pickup.

During pickup, our delivery agent may conduct a quality check on the returned product. If the product(s) do not pass the quality check, we shall not accept the return.

If you choose to return the item due to a mismatch or receipt of a defective item, you will be refunded the full amount. You may also need to re-pack the parcel and attach the shipping label to facilitate a smooth return.

Self-Ship

For some locations, we are unable to offer a return pickup service. In such cases, customers have to ship the product themselves, and the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

The customer will also need to share the tracking slip with our customer care executive.

Exceptions and Rules

• All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• The net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase the original item will be considered when calculating the difference between the original and exchanged item. Any applicable difference will be payable by you or refundable by the website, as the case may be.
• Purchased items cannot be exchanged against a different item.
• RunrKids reserves the right to restrict the return of items purchased on its website if a customer breaches or misuses this policy, as determined at RunrKids' sole discretion.
• If you have purchased an item that has a free gift or offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, you must return the free product as well.
• RunrKids will not be liable for products returned by mistake. If an extra or different product is returned by mistake, RunrKids will not be accountable for its misplacement or replacement and will not be responsible for delivering it back to the user.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?

Payments made via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or wallets will be refunded within 7–10 working days from the time of order cancellation.
